Delivery Policy

We will try our best to deliver all of our order within 3 - 5 working days. In the event that we are unable to full fill our promises especially during peak season, we will contact the customer and inform for the delay. 

What if I don’t like the product I ordered when it arrives?


Since customer is unable to physically contact our product to experience it before purchase, they have to make decision by relying on the photo and description published by us. To maximise customer's shopping experience, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee policy on all tekkashop orders except custom made products. You can initiate an exchange/return up to 14 days from the date of delivery. 


You can exchange any product in our store up to 14 days after delivery for any reason, free of charge, ONCE per order. If you decided to exchange that product again (i.e. more than once), collection and delivery fees (fees incurred will depend on product(s) exchanged) will apply for the exchange. All exchanges must be ensured that product(s) is in perfect/as-new condition with the original packaging. If you do not have the original packaging prior of returning, you will be charged a small repackaging fee per product. The product(s) you are exchanging must be the same or not less than your original product amount. If the reselected product costs more, you will be charged the difference while setting up the exchange. Our team will work with you to coordinate a day and time that works to simultaneously drop off your new product and pick up your exchange.

If you decided your order isn’t quite suitable, you have up to 14 days from the date of delivery to return your product(s). You can return your product for any reason — even if you just change your mind. To ensure a successful return, please make sure that your piece is in perfect/as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging. All returns will incur a return collection fee (refer below) and an administrative fee of 20% from the item(s) amount. Once the product is back at our warehouse it will be inspected by our team. Provided it is in satisfaction condition we will issue a refund less administrative fees, repackaging fees (if applicable), and collection fees.

What if the product is defective when it arrives or you are sent the wrong product?

Is our standard operation procedure (SOP) to checks all our product(s) before we dispatch it to you to minimise rejection and after sales service. Through rare, the product could be damaged during transportation or mishandling from our appointed third party courier. Therefore, It is very important that you inspect your product upon delivery, as we will ask you to sign a Delivery Note confirming that your product(s) is received in good condition. you’re not satisfy with the goods when you inspect them, or if we have sent you the wrong product, please inform our customer service immediately, or contact our delivery team. If you only realised any defect few days after the delivery, just contact our delivery team (within 7 days) from the delivery date, send us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product, that would assist us to escalate the problem to the rightful department to claim for replacement, or related insurance coverage. Our team will assist further for a 1-to-1 exchange, repair, or any other solutions.

What do we charge to collect products?

If you need to return a product because it is faulty or as a result of mistake from us, we will not charge you for the return/exchange collection fee. If, however, you simply change your mind and wish to cancel the order after delivery, or exchange product(s) more than one time, you will need to pay the return/exchange collection fee.
