Delivery Policies

We are committed to dispatching all orders within 3-5 working days. However, during particularly busy periods, if we're unable to meet this commitment, we will promptly reach out to our customers to notify them of any delays.

What should I do if I'm dissatisfied with the product upon delivery?

14-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Understanding that customers can't physically interact with our products prior to purchase and must depend on the images and descriptions we provide, we aim to enhance the shopping experience by offering a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for all Tekkashop orders, with the exception of custom-made items. Should you wish to make an exchange or return, you may do so within 14 days from the delivery date.

FREE EXCHANGES

You have the flexibility to exchange any item from our store once per order, free of charge, within 14 days following delivery for any reason. Should you choose to exchange the same product again (more than once), there will be a charge for collection and delivery fees, which will vary based on the product(s) being exchanged. To qualify for an exchange, the product(s) must be returned in pristine, like-new condition along with the original packaging. If the original packaging is not available at the time of return, a nominal repackaging fee will be applied for each product.

When choosing a product for exchange, it must be of equal or greater value than the original item purchased. In instances where the new product has a higher price, the difference will be charged during the exchange process. Our team will assist in scheduling a convenient time to deliver your new selection and collect the exchanged item.

Please be aware that our 14-day satisfaction guarantee does not apply to products that are part of a special request, clearance, promotional offer, pre-order, custom-made, or made to order.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Should you decide that your order isn't the right fit, you are entitled to return your product(s) within 14 days from the delivery date, for any reason — even if it’s simply a change of heart. To proceed with a return, the item must be in impeccable, as-new condition, and retained in its original packaging. Please note, all returns are subject to a return collection fee (details provided below) along with an administrative charge, which amounts to 20% of the item(s) cost.

Upon the product's arrival back at our warehouse, our team will conduct an inspection. If the item is confirmed to meet our conditions of satisfaction, we will process your refund, deducting the administrative fees, any applicable repackaging fees, and collection fees.

In the event that the product delivered is faulty or incorrect, what is the protocol?

Our standard operating procedure (SOP) involves rigorously checking all products before dispatch to ensure quality and minimize the potential for returns and the need for post-sale services. Although it is infrequent, products may be damaged during transportation or as a result of mishandling by our appointed third-party courier service. It is imperative that you inspect your product upon arrival. At the time of delivery, we will require you to sign a Delivery Note to confirm that your products have been received in satisfactory condition.

If you are not satisfied with the goods at the time of inspection, or if we have delivered an incorrect item, please notify our customer service team immediately, or contact our delivery team. Should you discover any defects within a few days after delivery, please reach out to our delivery team within 7 days from the date of delivery. We ask that you provide us with photographs of the damage or issue with the product to aid us in addressing the problem with the appropriate department for replacement or insurance claims. Our team is here to support you with a one-to-one exchange, repair, or other suitable solutions.

What do we charge to collect products?

If you need to return a product due to a fault or an error on our part, we will cover the cost of the return or exchange collection fee. Conversely, if you decide to cancel the order after delivery for reasons other than a fault or error, or if you request more than one product exchange, you will be responsible for paying the return or exchange collection fee.

Price and Order Modifications

Please be advised that the prices for our products and services are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to amend any customer order, which includes the right to modify, limit, or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will endeavor to provide timely and reasonable notice of any such changes or cancellations.
